The 80/20 principle by Richard Koch

Pareto is that specifies an unequal relationship between inputs and outputs. The principle states that, for many phenomena, 20% of invested input is responsible for 80% of the results obtained.

• You're only wear 20% of your clothes.
• 80% of the time 20% of your work.
• 80% of your fun comes from 20% of your friends.
• 80% money in the world is owned by 20% of the people.
• 20% effort = 80% results.

NB. Secara sederhana, cari dan pertajam intuisi 20% pada diri kita. Karena 80% hasil atau kesuksesan yang akan terperoleh berada dari 20%  usaha.Fokus apa yang bisa dikuasai daripada harus terfokus pada 80% yang tak bisa dikuasai.
